    After much debate in the meeting the waterfowl hunting season will be discontinued in the state of SC for this season. Sorry guys. Enjoy your deer hunting!

    Conservation permits will still be in effect through jan 15, 2012.

    I think it will pan out in the long haul and be the best thing that has ever been done for atlantic flyway waterfowl.

    10-4 It would not hurt my feelings to see them close it every other year. The true hunters with CPs will still get to enjoy great waterfowling on the closed years. About time the CP holders get some thanks for the hard work and sleepless nights over the years.
