CORMORANT RECIPE
Clean cormorant- soak in salt water for a few hours 8 hours is plenty- helps pull the blood out the meat- lightly coat with olive oil then add seasoning- salt, pepper, creole seasoning or BBQ rub then-Put duck on clean oak board, place 2-3 strips hickory smoked bacon on top then put in oven at 375 until done -take out and let it rest for 10 minutes then throw away the cormorant and eat the board and bacon.
