Been meaning to make a post and tried a couple times before but didnt have the time to wait on the uploads.
Joshua started us out with a doe kill in October that we needed bad. Was down to 2 packs of burger in the freezer.
Then I went on my trip to the Midwest and was lucky enough to punch my tag on a big old 8 point with loads of mass. The whole story os CRAZY but it is just too much to type it all out.
Then some of you may remember this post I made the year before asking if this was 2 different deer or the same one.

Well I was lucky enough on Thanksgiving Day evening to kill the split eared buck I had hunted for over a year. He had been a ghost and I nor the guys across from me had a single trail cam picture of him since September 2022. I thought he was dead.
And then finally in December ole Cam Cam decided he was ready to drop the hammer on one so we went and got him a doe. This little fella is a natural born killa and is as good of a shot as most grown men with many years of experience.
We had a tremendous year in the deer woods. I am a blessed man to get to spend the amount of time I do with my kids and hand down what I can to them. Life is good!
