Paying a hooker off is not a "legal expense" .............period, and that is what Cohen did by taking a mortgage out on his home and Trump reimbursed him for it

I think he is guilty of everything in each case, but if it was anyone but Trump,
all these charges would have been laughed at by any D.A. and never seen a courtroom.
This is absolutely political persecution and misuse of the justice system

B - you are dead wrong. The charges are all about falsifying financial records in an effort to interfere with the election. I've been paying attention to the trial and nothing they have presented supports that charge. Even the prosecutions own witnesses have testified that Trump wanted avoid embarrassment to himself and his family. The testimony from the porn start was odd and didn't do anything to help their case. The election was in November of 2016. The payment was made in 2017. Seems odd. The burden is on the prosecution beyond a reasonable doubt. There is a lot of doubt hanging out there.

Trump paid a legal expense. Plain and simple.

The document case has been postponed indefinitely. The Fani case is going to appeals now.

Democrats are running out of legal obstacles.
