The Wal Mart here has wax worms, mill worms, night crawlers and red worms in sporting goods.
Don’t know if wal marts stock different things per location but worth a look

Crickets, red worms, or green worms. I went with red worms and caught 25, with most over a pound. 1 1/2 was the biggest.
