Same question as above, and where did you purchase it from

Individual. Bought it from Bauer Precision. Transferred to Echo Six in Galivants Ferry. A friend of mine just had two SBRs approved in less than 48 hours.

I have one with Patrick and today my eform got certified. Let’s see how long it takes with an individual trust

I ordered 2 through a trust on 12/2 and got approval about 10 days ago
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands

Yeah I plan on calling this week. Called a few months ago and said pending.

Phone calls are a waste of time. All they will tell you is pending or not.

I have some questions here. First, what is an SBR? Can an SBR go on multiple weapons? The second being about the turn around times. You said that this for an individual rather than a trust. Just so I'm on the right track, this would mean that you are the sole person registered to said suppressor and the only one that can keep and transport said suppressor. Is this accurate? So it seems that approval, at least right now, for a suppressor is much faster as an individual rather than it being in a trust.

You sit and wait. You will receive and email at the same time your dealer does. There's absolutely no reason to bother your dealer or attempt to contact the ATF. Neither one of them will provide you an answer.

An SBR is a Short Barrel Rifle, barrel less than 16". And yes, you are on the right track about an individual verse trust.

I had a suppressor that was over a year in. I called, fella looked at it and said it’s pending but let me move it up.

It was approved the following week. It could have been coincidence but it doesn’t hurt to call.

It was probably approved and sitting on that slackers desk under a box of donuts and should have been done months ago....
