    Default Beach Wagon

    Recommendations?

Looking for a beach wagon/cart for my wife. She likes to drive down for weekday trips with the baby and the dogs. Will have to be able to load by herself into the back of an SUV or on a hitch carrier.

Surf fishing cart is a good option.

Have tried a few different styles but if I were buying a beach specific cart, that's what I would get.

Some have 4 wheels with pivoting front wheels and some have two and a bar/rest like the traditional carts.

Bought one of these last year and couldn't be happier: https://sandhopper.com/

We had an aluminum fishing wagon with the balloon wheels before that and it worked well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0..._image?ie=UTF8

You'll regret anything that doesn't have the balloon wheels, and regret it immediately.

Looks decent except it won't roll on a sandy beach with those wheels. That thing is made for travel ball parents. Probably staged at Academy right next to the gloves and folding chairs.

If it doesn't have the big round wheels it won't roll in dry sand. Plastic wheels suck, and will make you cuss in front of your family.

This right here. Have one as well. After trying several, this was money well spent.

Wife picked up one of these last year and we've found it to be quite useful for toting gear to/from the beach. It's a chair that comes with a basket type device that converts the chair into a makeshift wagon. If it's just her and the kiddo this should be all she needs. Link below:

big rubber tires. even if you add them after the fact.

collapsible can be a pain in the ass after being in salt air/water for a while. if she's getting it off the hitch-haul it'd be nice if it could stay full size.

your wife can handle damn near anything after dealing with you, but make this one easy on her!

(and i'd spray that thing down with WD40 every time she used it
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
