    Default The Dark Web

    Sounds spooky
Capital One just alerted me of a breach and said some of my personal data was found on the Dark Web
How does one go about entering the "Dark Web"?

You just have to download a browser... But just know, without any safety measures in place that everything on your computer is being stolen the moment you open it.

When I was in Florida two weeks ago I think I may have entered the dark web!

I have a spare laptop that is used for nothing. I think I will wipe it clean of everything but a browser
and take a peek. Would that be safe?

I’d find a free hotspot and not connect it to your WiFi that has other devices connected to it

Vikki went there, bought 5 bitcoin for next to nothing and used it to buy a $99 copy of one of the photoshop versions. Shit...

I see hundreds of thousands of faceless people sitting in dark, dirty rooms saying "I'll just try it once," as someone pulls the brown liquid from a spoon into a syringe. If there isn't enough mind-rotting, soul-crushing evil on the normal www for you... Fuggg...IDK man.
“I can’t wait ‘till I’m grown” is the stupidest @!#* I ever said!

What is the Dark Web, and how do you access it
The dark web is a part of the internet that is not indexed by search engines. This means that it cannot be viewed and can only be accessed using special software, making it seem like a mysterious and foreboding place. However, there’s no need to be afraid of the dark web – there are plenty of legitimate uses for it, such as ensuring privacy and accessing censored information. If you’re curious about exploring the dark web, there are a few things you need to keep in mind.

First, you’ll need to download special software that provides access to the dark web, such as the Tor Browser. Once you’re on the dark web, it’s important to exercise caution and be aware of potential scams. However, as long as you take precautions, there’s no reason to be scared of venturing into this unexplored corner of the internet.
3 Steps to Logging onto the Dark Web
Get a VPN: Express VPN is the top choice due to is solid privacy and 256-bit AES encryption. It encrypts your data so that even if someone were able to intercept it they wouldn’t be able to read it or access any information about you.
Choose a Tor Browser: The next step is downloading and installing a Tor browser. This special browser allows you to access the dark web anonymously. Be sure to keep your browser up to date with the latest security patches.
Find a Search Engine: Once you have your browser set up, you’ll need to find a search engine that indexes the dark web. DuckDuckGo is a popular option that doesn’t track your searches.

1.1.1.1. is a decent free VPN.

There's an app, too, in case you wanna add it to your phone.

As an aside, it's decent to turn on when looking at airfare, hotels, etc.

Sounds like somebody needs to either hire a hit man or is looking to buy/sell a person.
