i dont own a working trail camera anymore. I like the element of surprise not knowing what is there from a camera, for turkeys atleast. I enjoy the scouting process, riding the bike, walking around and trying to figure it out that way.

and that yota has toted a few dead ones to the butcher block. been a damn great truck.

What's the story with that shotgun?

It’s a Winchester model 12 16 gauge made in 1934. That’s the full barrel on it and I have a mod for it also. Was my grandfathers and I grew up hunting with it. Mostly deer on dog drives and doves. I put it away for years and started back hunting ducks and doves with it maybe 12 years ago. Thought it would be fun to kill a couple turkeys with it. That was 4-5 years ago and it’s my go to now anytime I hit the turkey woods.

I love my grandfathers old classic guns he left me but this one is little more special. My daughter got a good feeling how special it is with her bird last weekend.

Good seeing you too, pharm…was a great time for sure.

Pure awesome Gene. I’m taking my 1935 M12 20 on a trip West soon.

Great photos. Damn nice gun. Your daughter has grown up. She looks like K.

Hope you have a great remainder of the season.
