It is a nice bird, but give me 1 1/2 plus spurs on either side with a single beard and I will take that one every time. Beards- meh.

I'm not worried about impressing him...I just killed a 22lb bird with a 2.5" beard and spurs >1.5". I had just looked at this thread as I was falling asleep last night, and I thought about his post as soon as I flipped the bird over on his back. I'm digging the spurs, but I would have loved to have seen a bunch of beards like your bird was sporting...heck, I'd just like to have seen an average beard.
