    Default The Masters

Can't believe one of these threads hasn't been started yet. Best golf week of the year. Who ya got?

Scheffler is an easy choice. He's the best player in the world and it's not really close.

Would like to see Tiger make another run at it. I think Cameron Young gets it done.

Weather looks nasty Thursday should be an interesting start. My money would be on Brooksy.

Freddy is having a rough time with his back lately. Two withdrawals in the last month. Fingers crossed…

I'd like to see Freddie get it done. Not a big Tiger fan(mostly because of the ceaseless coverage of him no matter where he is in the field) but would like to see him make the cut.

Obviously Scheffler is going to make a run for it and I will be pulling for Rory as well. Hope Fowler, Glover, and Johnson (Zack) make a run for it as well.

    Anyone but a LIV guy.

My son and I will be there Sunday.

I'd be happy with Tony Finau or Max Homa winning it. Both seem like good dudes. Will be there tomorrow and Saturday

One of my favorite memories of one of our trips. Right up until the point where an undercover officer came up and told us there is no hitting golf balls “on the grounds” . I think my response was “you have to be joking”.

A buddy of mine who has had a rough go of it lately and I are heading down in the morning without tickets. Odds are, we can’t afford to get in, but you’ve got to try.
There us something about that place. He’s never been, and I can’t really describe it. I like Zalatoris to win.

The problem won’t be getting tickets. The issue will be are you willing to pay asking price. Wednesday will probably be $1200 first thing in the morning if I had to guess.

Ah yes, that one magical week every year when the whole world pretends like Augusta isn't the massive shit hole that it is.

They do throw some epic parties, but I've outgrown all that. I'll be watching from the comfort of my recliner.....

I imagine you are 100% correct. My daughter rides horses, I ain’t even close to that kind of money for a ticket. Ha! Maybe we find someone coming out after practice round before par 3, and they sell us their ticket for re-entry….. maybe. Low expectations, but there’s worst ways to waste a Wednesday

Don’t do it near the gate(s). Also, offer to ship the tickets back when you are done. It’s a numbers game……you will get a bunch of nos before you get a yes.
