yeah/ sorry I didnt post this earlier. nothing better than a speaker that can catch fire and fall into the water and still work.

next time I need music in a house fire when the fire hoses are on full blast, this will be my go-to.

so, heck no I dont need a box that makes loud noise near me. I put in my airpods so I dont have to hear other people....

Friend of mine mounted one under his poling platform. Figured he would get that instead of putting $400-$500 of speakers and a head unit that are not waterproof.

We got one from one of our vendors as a Christmas gift and it is pretty sweet. I don't know that I would have personally paid for it, but they make for a great gift.

They work great for white geese you can avoid the speaker wires on the ground and link the two together.

Discman. He is, after all, a doctor.

Sound is good for the size and cost vs installing a fixed system in a small boat isn’t far off (probably less).
I would never install speakers in a small boat again and just use a turtle box for music if desired.

    It’s a fad.

Yeti, Sitka, Chene, turtlebox……. It’s the new thing that some marketing genius conned you into thinking is better than the old thing.

One day I’m gonna make a pile of money off you folks with something like a cup, belt, or sock.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I don't do radios in jonboats, I'm there to hear nature and a 2 stroke. I can only tolerate some on the golf course now.. thank gracious most of the guys I play with have decent musical styles.

I like music on the golf course. Not loud and obnoxious though. The cubby hole on a golf cart projects enough directly out of an iphone to get the job done. I can't get behind blaring music on a duck hunt out on the water, just doesn't feel right. While picking up decoys after a dry field shoot, maybe.
