Alpha 10 has great battery life and the best option if you don’t want a map. I run an alpha 10 hooked to a long range antenna in my ranger paired to an iPad running the garmin explore app.

I’m running the alpha 10 on my wirehair. Honestly couldn’t be happier. Right now’s a great time to buy one they are running some good sales.
