    Default Missing Dog

My bml Jett is missing. No idea what happened. He was out last night when I went to bed and when I opened the door this morning, my female was there and he wasn’t. No sign that he dug out or anything. Same as last 7 years, He’s in run during day and gate is closed at night and he has run of the property as it’s all fenced in. I’ve rode all over looking. Called pound with no luck. He is microchipped. I live in Mars Bluff community near FMU. $1,000 reward for his return. This is a pic of him from this past Saturday. I was at Waffle House on hwy 327. There were three other groups there that had been duck hunting. I sure hope I didn’t screw up taking his pic in front of someone that would steal him. Please pass along.

May be a long shot but I'd call all the vet clinics in a 10-20 mile radius and let them know his description, his MC number that way they can scan any new black lab patients that happen to come in. You'd be surprised how many "strays" we've rehomed when we run a scanner over them and find they are chipped. It's SOP for us when someone "rescues a stray", especially when they look well cared for. But all clinics may not do this so putting them on alert will hopefully help.

Great looking pup, hope you get him back. When you do put a Whistle GPS tracker on him so you don't have to go through this again.

Is this on facebook where it can be shared? I hope you find him I’m sure you know but I’d would definitely go into the wind and listen for dogs barking and keep checking. I’ll be praying for ya and hope you find him.

After seeing too many of these types of posts over the last year, I'm for sure going to get one of those GPS tracking collars for my next dog. (thought 2th or someone else recommended a good brand)

Good luck with the search. He's a beauty.

We purchased the whistle brand. It seems to be working so far……had it for 2 weeks?

Always hate seeing these threads, been there before. I lost a male Golden on Hatteras Island once and got him back two weeks later.
    Hope you find him

Great news. We have been using Whistle for 10 years or more. Happy so far.

I posted it on the Moore's page, and cruised around last night. I'll make a few loops around lunch.
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.
