I was near there for the opening first season 2022. In my lifetime of almost 50 years of hunting I have never heard as much shooting. Ever. Uruguay, here, etc. Love it or hate it, that's a smart group that has a successful killing club 45 minutes from Lexington/Columbia.

“Duck hunting gives a man a chance to see the loneliest places …blinds washed by a rolling surf, blue and gold autumn marshes, …a rice field in the rain, flooded pin-oak forests or any remote river delta. In duck hunting the scene is as important as the shooting.” ~ Erwin Bauer, The Duck Hunter’s Bible, 1965

12-15 blinds over 200-300 acres is nothing

It’s twice that big with 3 times as many blinds, and they release every year.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I’m not a member. It’s on their IG page tonight. They aren’t killing many Tamie’s and I don’t think they release anymore.

You get out of here with your facts! These folks have no interest in things such as this!

I find it funny that their mallard numbers aren’t in that ledger. If you don’t release birds, mallards should be the number 1 focus in your promotion.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

Exactly. They have plenty of mallards in their pictures online, but they're not reporting numbers. C'mon now. Good try DK. I ain't buying it.

    That’s like a 65 person limit per hunt……seems a little off.

I’m willing to bet 90% of them don’t even eat ducks.

It’s their top 5 bc they try not to shoot their live decoys when they have wild birds haha

Like I've said... I've hunted there multiple times. I've lived there on the property. If they aren't releasing birds anymore then great for them, but every neighboring property most likely is.
