    As of 15 mins ago, he is on the ventilator and heavily medicated but there’s nothing else to be done. The decision of when is in the family’s hands.

    I hunted with my sons yesterday, like I've done for nearly 30 years. I can't even imagine what the family is going through.

    Praying for strength and peace for them as they deal with this horrible tragedy.

    I still can’t fathom taking mine hunting and then not taking him home afterwards. Terrible situation.

    Any idea what happened. I’ve preached to my kids the importance of gun safety and told them of numerous different accidents that have happened to try and teach them. I just can’t imagine the pain of losing a child.
