    Default Honda Rancher wiring harness

The rats decided to make a home in my 4 wheeler. Anybody ever had to replace a harness or know what this one is called/does. It looks like it’s gonna be too much of a pain to splice and wires are tiny.

What Whackum said. Depending on the year, I think the whole main harness would be around $300 and then you would have installation labor. Some of those harnesses have a bunch of plugs running off of them.

I'd get a used harness off eBay and plug her up

Hopefully this is what I can do. Just got to make sure nothing else is chewed up.

Don't know what year you have, but just plugged in for a 2014 Rancher 420. Wire harness is $314. But its a good diagram and you can see what you need. I've oredered from there quite a bit, always factory Honda parts show up.

It’s weird. When they did that to mine (a few times) they only chewed the hot wires.

I just called it a wire harness, not sure what it actually is. Hopefully it’s a cheaper one. I need to pull all the plastics and get a better look to see what I’m dealing with.

Look up Osburn Cycle Salvage in Waycross GA. Lots of used parts. I'd steer clear of ebay on used parts if I could.

My man! I still haven’t pulled it all apart. Got some time off coming up so will try to fit it in.
