Guide got himself 90 days in jail for this and other infractions. Federal agent fun suckers.

"Josh Neuwiller, a Maryland-based waterfowl guide and champion goose caller, was put on probation after this video surfaced and later sentenced to 90 days in prison. It shows Neuwiller and a trailer full of people (not visible in the video) shooting more than 80 snow geese from his truck."

Wonder if it was conservation season, if so I'm not sure if it deserves 90 days in jail. The fact that they videoed themselves doing it deserves 90 days though.

He shouldn’t have blatantly broke the law. That said, it should be conservation season 24/7/365 for those bastage, and this should be legal everywhere.

Well, OK...I wasn't thinking of that possible scenario. Maybe make it where you can only drive by shoot birds no less than 20 yards off the ground. That would give many a warden the best boners they've had since college.

No but it was legal. I'd love to kill every snow I could by just about any means but a drive by isn't a safe way to do it.

You're kidding, right? I would hope that the vast majority of folks would not do a drive by on snow geese.
