    Default After the kill?

Have a buddy that drew a tag and if he kills one he wants to have a plan. Will be hunting in Sumter or Clarendon county. Where to take it and what would you do with skull, hide, etc?

What ever you pay to have one cleaned, it's worth every penny.

Tie blocks to it and sink it in the deepest part of the river or lake and go buy some chicken thighs.

More good advice, except dont waste the blocks and cord. They sink until they start floating from decomp gases.

Zip 'em open before sinking. Turtles get on 'em faster that way too.

Dig a large hole beforehand. Chainsaw the head and tail off. Dump rest in aforementioned hole.

Tanning is pretty cheap. Dont skin them with the scute's on. The charges go exponential with those.

Euros are a pain in the ass. Their whole head is a jigsaw puzzle but it's a fun one and doable.

The ones I’ve killed this summer with the amount of ticks and mites on them have me weary of messing with them yet

Thread is a perfect example of why I lobbied all the way to the state house against the gator season.

Concrete Cowboys with no respect for wildlife are the bread and butter of the gator hunt draw.

There’s a reason why 13ft, 90-150yr old animals are so hard to see these days.

Thank God the refuge keeps y’all at bay.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
