Fried pink oysters. Bottom pic I over fried a bit. They are pretty thin so dont take a lot of breading or frying to get em done. Came out pretty good for messing around hobby.
Tasted a lot like fish honestly.

I wouldn't tell you to eat them just from the picture, but those sure look a lot like cinnabar chanterelles. I'm nearly positive they are.
