    Default The last bucket

I just threw it. Coached my sons for 18 years or so. Threw more buckets of balls than I could count. We leave for the last 3 game tournament in the morning. Youngest is a Sr and ends his HS career this week with this post season tourney. I have been truly blessed by the Lord to watch them grow, compete and learn. He will move on to bigger things, but just thankful to have played a part.
Honey...I'll do it after the season is over.

    PAC right?

You have been blessed to spend so much time with him.

All three of my boys love this time consuming, money sucking sport but I don't think I'd have it any other way.

It’s a sad day when this comes. Been there myself with girls who played travel, high school, and one college softball. If I had a quarter for every ball I pitched or placed on a tee. It is sad, but sports teach you a lot about life - you have to work hard earn your spot, you won’t always love your coach (or boss) or every single teammate but you have to learn to get along, how to win with grace and lose with dignity. You also got to spend a ton of time with them that is irreplaceable. Good job and hang in there. It ain’t so bad getting to hunt and fish a lot more.

Good job dad. You've done an exceptional job of raising some fine young men.
