    I enjoy cooking, I do a good bit of it. I think I'm okay at it. I view men who aren't comfortable around a grill as milquetoast.

    Make a hollandaise, and then fold in a little whipped heavy cream, and throw that on some shrimp and grits. I like it a lot better.

    No. I like my shrimp and grits better than any I have ever had...no changes. The sauce is made with bacon, shallots, green onion, and chicken stock, and misc spices.
    The green on top is just a little parsley flakes, for color. That's as pretty as I make stuff.
