Default Want to borrow metal detector

I lost a nice knife during duck season and want to find it. It will need to be waterproof, not deep, 2-3’

I’m free Saturday morning and could pick it up, and can drop it back off Sunday evening along with a couple cases of beer or a couple $20 bills.

I’d prefer not to drive far from Forest Acres to pickup but am flexible.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have one. Not 100% sure it is submersible. I'd have to find it over the weekend & check. I'll also need to see if battery corrosion has ruined it. (Not sure if I pulled the batteries years ago.)

If everything pans out, you could pick it up Monday in The Vista.

Stuff like this never works for me. I burn more money in gas and time than it was worth and come up empty-handed. I love a good ending though, glad you found it

Wife gave it to me as a birthday present a few years ago. It’s one of the prettiest knives I own. I told Wayne about it last weekend when I gave him some cherry wood to make a couple knives out of. He was curious as to how much it would swell. It’s not too bad. I’ll dry it out, sand down any remaining swelling, and refinish it. My fingers first touching that cold steel underwater this morning sure was an awesome feeling. Here’s a picture of it new.

I thought the same thing. I found their website online because I liked the blade and handle shape there. Their prices arent bad either at all. Not sure exactly which model that is but it looks a lot like his #25.

How did you end up finding it?
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

I can’t figure out how to use a knife and keep a knife at the same time.

I leave a trail of them.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
