You would have to say it the other way around.

Fun fact. Back in the 80's Fidel Castro got into blue marlin fishing. He had his navy lie in wait for a Viking. Finally one came too close and he grabbed it. Fished it for years.

Edit- That was a Striker not a Viking. He wanted the aluminum hull which was going to be all the rage, or so they thought...

Here’s my question for the brilliant offshore experts that frequent this forum...say you fish a billfish tournament in a freeman or even a yellowfin or contender...and say you hook up with a 600-800lb blue one, and say by some miracle you get it boat side, and then by the grace of God you get a gaff in it....how in the ever living fuck are you and 4 other dudes getting a fish that size in the boat, iced down and back to the dock in time for weigh in?

The same way the Fin Addict team used to put 400#+ tuna in a 30ft grady as often as their license allowed.

Pull harder until it hits the deck.

You can pack ice on the way to the hill.

Until you go ride in one. Then the Viking resembles a Wagon on a rutted out road.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Why don’t you just watch a dozen videos on YouTube of people

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

He didn't get it in the boat but it's still a helluva catch considering he was solo in a center console.
