NC Opening Day
Pulling out the drive way for the NC opener. Been down with the flu and have a temp of 102 so I'm going to take it easy leaving the big boat and dog at home and taking the yak. Yall have a good day and I hope to provide a few pics of Summer ducks with some holes in them.

Thanks man, I thought I had the scouted just right but I was fooled. Headed out in the morning to try again. It's a small river not a lot of birds there, just trying to avoid the crowds.

Hope you have better luck than we have had 2 days now and only seen 5 wood ducks been on the creeks both mornings so far and nothing like you i am also trying to avoid the duckmen crowds on the lakes good luck and be safe

Was at Dr. Monday he just said it was a virus and went to ER Monday night to get an IV wasn't able to hold fluids down sat-mon. Finally able to eat and drink Tuesday. And as of today seem to have moved past the fever for good. I don't know what it was but it sucked I know that much.
