    He ain't a day under 4.5 likely 5.5 or more.. His old gal ain't a spring chicken either.

    I know it does it was hidden better when we put it up but the trees behind it have started to become less and less cover. Any ideas on how to hide it a little better???

    Depending on your prevailing wind there and from which direction you think he's coming, I would look for a different tree.

    There is one to the right as your facing the stand that would be much better, imo. Assuming this is a bow stand.

    If it's a gun hunt, back off 100 yards and clip him as soon as he shows himself.

    Bow stand and the tree to the right has a small tree in front of it and sits crooked

    This is exactly what I was thinking when I saw the pic, I completely forgot about the age of the deer once I saw the stand placement.

    Any other ideas about how to hide the stand a little better??? I don't want to spend to much time in the area unless im hunting but moving it would be the best idea i guess.

    Sorry forgot to mention the wind normally blows towards the stand and he has been coming from the left side of the picture going back to the right side of the picture back towards a clear cut. Behind the stand is a thicket with a river and the right side behind the stand and a ways back on the left is open farm land.
