    I went and hunted the deer I have been feeding since the middle of June last night. He came out at the exact same time the buck came out Wednesday night, 8:08. It took me a while to find him because he ran about 50-60 yards but did not bleed one drop. I hit him in the point of the shoulder and the bullet didn't come out the other side. No clue how it happened because that 165 grain Sierra out my .308 usually does the job. Anyway he was 185 lbs 9 point with a split brow. Both deer this week had split brows. I'm taking a break for a while now. Time to thin the hog population.
