My car smells like vinegar for about 25 seconds. No fart smelling water.
I was told Lysol or douche.

No way I would close until it's fixed.

Closing in the 22nd. However the problem has been resolved. Contractor came out, drain the tank through the bottoms valve and flushed it multiple times. No more sulfur smell.

The spritz methods work (several versions). It basically allows the gas to separate out into the casing of the well before it hits the line going into the house.

Very effective. If you walk by the pump house you can smell all the rotten egg sell (hydrogen sulfide)

It is incredibly effective. Inside the house there is virtually no smell, unless you have a incredibly high concentration of the gas. In with case you may want a inline filter with active carbon of some variety before it even get to the hot water heater.
