The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.
"I here repeat, & would willingly proclaim, my unmitigated hatred to Yankee rule—to all political, social and business connections with Yankees, & to the perfidious, malignant, & vile Yankee race."
Yea, guess I'll never understand all of that.

I know someone who has a room very similar to that.

Haters gonna hate.
I think it's funny how some of you think all of those were collected in the last 10 years or so. I'm sure some of those mounts are older than you are.

Lucky none of them were named Cecil.
That's a pretty cool way to display the hog tusks, without having to have a head mount of the ugly sumbitches
Not really a field day.
I just wonder about the type of folks that have rooms like that.
Clearly they have a pile of money, and have been all over the world.
But I do have to wonder if they truly pursue those animals with a want to understand them, with a respect for them, and with a real skill to take them...
Or if they just paid somebody to drive them within range, and fired on them.
I know several wealthy hunters who have pretty hefty trophy rooms, and I've stood there (drinking their decades old scotch) while they rambled on about this hunt here, and that hunt there, all the while knowing that they have no real understanding of the animal or what I understand as hunting.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
