I'm glad you clarified you brought WINE.

Some poor SCducker is gonna get kicked out for taking a 6 pack excuse me, after the other thread a 24 pack of bud light in to any number of steak houses in the immediate Greenville area.

After being thrown out on his butt he would have turn around and said:
    "High-strung can do it why can't I?"

I had a guy bring me a bottle of Sam Adams Utopia some years back, that's about the only beer I wouldn't be embarrassed about bringing in. I think Chess and I put down most of the beer in one night.. I was sorta wild then, I'm boring now.

Best steak I have ever had was at Ruth Chris in N Myrtle, but I think the hours leading up to it had something to do with it.

A day on the water boating up & down the intercoastal, then pull up to dock and have a good steak for diner. Awesome way to spend the day!

On a normal day, Halls would be on top of my list.

We did.........that is some expensive beer. It's like standing around burning a $10 bill every time you have a sip.

Jimmy and Starr are personal friends of mine and some of the best people I know. There are better steaks out there but as far as quality, service, and price go can't be beat.

Nick used to be my neighbor and brought me some steaks one time to grill at home, but I have never been there for a steak. I'll have to check it out

I don't remember it being that much when I went a while back most steaks were 60

My bad, I thought that was the tomahawk Ribeye. That looks a bit smaller than the tomahawk (90 dollar one). I got the meat sweats after eating that

The tomahawk is now $99, it's a 21day dry aged 32oz bone in ribeye.

The one pictured is the regular bone in ribeye, I think it was $55

The tomahawk is no better than the dry aged IMO. It's kind of a novelty with that big ass bone sticking out

It was a great bottle, the wife and I drank one of the last bottles right around that time. I bought a couple cases of it, futures, '02 Mouton.
