    Default 870 project.....

Working on another 20 and looking at stocks.
Thinking about a Advanced Technology with the pistol grip but not much comb rise on it.... Anyone have one?

I have the same stock on a 12 guage with no issues.

I have the Blackhawk Knox tactical stock on a 12, and it is about the most uncomfortable thing I have ever shot. I bought the cheek riser and it made it worst IMHO.

You like the straight feel of the coaming?

Think I'm gonna try this one out.
Midway says it fits a 20, the ATI site says 12 only.....

I have that stock on a 12 ga and the Blackhawk Knox Tactical on a 20 ga. I like the tactical version far better. I can shorten the LOP enough for my little nephews to use it hunting and I can lengthen it out for me to hunt with. Both of my guns have red dots so the comb is not a big issue for me.

Even if that stock won't fit a 20 ga from the factory, less than five minutes of modifications and it will fit nicely.

Add the Goda Grip shotgun wedge to the cheek/comb.

Take your pick. These are great for building cheek welds and keeping your face purdy.

Have put them on three guns, 12 ga 11-87, 12 ga 835, and 20 ga 500. There is not issue using sights or an optic. Not an 870 but this is it on a 20.

If it doesn't fit the 20 let me know. It was really easy to modify to make the ATI model I got to make it fit.

What's the difference in the spg0100 and the spg0200 stocks??
    0200 says 1100/1187...will it work for a 20gauge 870 as well?...

I got a feeling we are fixing to come up with some bad medicine for this 20 ga project in the form of some 18 g/cc poison imported from the Orient.
