Did you replace the right ink cartridge? Color vs black? Did you buy the right cartridge for your printer? A lot of cartridges have a clear tape over the electric parts of the cartridge. Did you remove it???

Yep. Black ink cartridge was "low" replaced the black cartridge. The color cartridges are low but I am not needing color printed.

I ran all the tests, and all that bullshit and it still does not print black.

Try going into printer setting and change to greyscale then click black only and see what it does

Just went through this less than a year ago. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't buy yourself an Epson workforce printer. Best damn printer/scanner/copier I've ever owned. Endorsed by Kim komando

    Epson workforce

I have never had an HP printer that didn't suck, never had any printer that didn't suck but so far Epson is the best.
