Distilled water will kill you. I believe they said it can in less than a week for the same reasons. There were some stories after storms, maybe Katrina, where people were drinking it not knowing. Apparently it presents very strange symptoms at the ER and makes it tough to diagnose or treat. With all of these storms I hope it doesn't happen again. MG
