    Default thanks Ricky !

Wanted to do something special for my 14yr old nephew, so I was able to get the spurs from the first turkey he ever killed. Sent Ricky a block of wood from a cherry tree I cut down on my granddads old home place. Here is the end result, hopefully a call we successfully use next spring and then he can put it up for a keepsake.

    That is just awesome
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

One of these days around a turkey hunting campfire when he is a household name in the turkey world, we will all start a story "I knew Ricky back before he got famous"
"I do not hunt turkeys because I want to, I hunt them because I have to. I would really rather not do it, but I am helpless in the grip of my compulsion"
