    Default QAD Rest?

Any pros and cons on the hunter vs LD or HD? Thanks

The HD has an adjustment for the timing chord that the LD does not. This is a huge benefit if your timing chord is served into the cable as if its done properly it will be. Plus the thumb flipper tab is a little bit bigger on the hd. I'd go with the HD without question. I shoot one and I love it.

Go with the hunter. If set up correctly it will serve you well. Don't buy into the hype. The new Axiom rests are nice also. A lot quieter than qad.

I don't know about the newer ones, but I don't think that the older hunter models locked in the upright position?

    Great rests.
I've been shooting the same Ultra rest for close to ten years I think.
    Mine looks like a LD.
Made in USA w/ lifetime warranty too.

I've got the HDX in black and like it a lot. I don't have much experience with other rests so I really can't compare it to much else, but mine works great.

Shoot an LD here. it gives you a little screw on attachment rather than serving it in if you are worried about timing adjustment. mine was easy to install and set up, and has been extremely reliable.

On the LD: To adjust - Serve the tail end, then burn other end of the cord that sticks out the hole just a tiny bit at a time until its right.

I have an HDX, really enjoy it, no complaints.

I have been shooting them since 2002. Try all the time, with all my gear, to find something that's better. Never happens, they're the best out there.
