This is the one I got last year for me and the boy. Pretty comfy with me and him in it together both with guns.
You can grow up to be just like me....
Check out these buddy stands. Turned into shooting houses with laun panels:
picked up 2 of these when academy had them for on sale for $89....fabric on the cushions could be quieter, but we sat comfortably for hours

how is that rig attached to the tree? seems it would be a poor angle.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
They attach same as any buddy stand. The metal piece with the teeth stick out the back of the panel.
How does that thing hold up to the weather?

Im not sure yet. That laun is probably good in the weather for close to half a decade or so with paint I would think? Seems okay for an economy shooting house.
If you decide to build one out of different material, just keep the box light enough not to exceed the strength of the stand with two people in it. (Think one bigun & one lilun. Two biguns may be dicey…)
Also you have to use a FEL tractor to put it up with another man on an extension ladder to secure it to the tree.
Just paint the piss out of it. And that should be a pro tip on using a extension ladder to secure it. After many years of almost breaking my neck securing these buddy stands I decided to start doing this last year. Much easier and safer
