    It depends on the region. The food varies, the simple plates of good fresh food. Not a pasta everyday kind of person. I consider my cooking as a French - Southern Neck sorta style.

    It has been since jan since we have had pasta. Spaghetti squash subs decent enough. Made some chicken picatta the other night with almond meal. Came out ok. Like the liquor man said, it's about the fresh rustic ingredients which is what I grew up on.

    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
