decided not to plant this year. Going to spend my time trying to eradicate flounder from the SC coast.
Seeing these soulless vanilla ice lookin Yankees on a bassboat is worse than watching a woman get her implants taken out. It's just wrong. Get back in your Lund and go back to infisherman.

Everything of ours is in the ground, millet though.. Heck no not yet, I doubt I'll plant any. The flowers are looking good, and the corn is planted.

Probably all we are doing is a couple acres of millet. Can't keep the damn deer off the flowers. Tried everything imaginable but no luck.
Plant the millet in about a month or so. may mix in some buckwheat

I used to have that problem with the sunflowers, but I started planting them in small patches and circling them with 2 strands of string with pie plates every ten foot or so. It really works for me. I do 8 to 10 rows per patch and about 50 yards long. It's worked for three years. You put2 pie plates side by side so when they bump the string they rattle. I do one line about 2 foot off the ground then another one about 4 foot. Ain't had no problem knock on wood. It looks like hel though! If you can get them about 2 foot high you're good.
