If you don't mind me asking. How much does that treatment cost.

Just one treatment. She had it yesterday. The initial appointment and first round of chemo was around $800. She goes back once a week for four weeks, takes a week off, another 4 week round, and then every other as long as needed, at $250 a treatment.

No problem. You never realize what you would do for a doc until you are out in a position where it's do or die, literally

Just another update. Miss Bella is doing great. All swelling in her lymph nodes has pretty much disappeared. This is a pic of her belly again after the 2nd round of chemo.

Hopefully today will be the last appointment. They're doing a biopsy, and if it comes back clean, she will be cleared to come off of the chemo.

She is cancer free. Checkup in 4 weeks. We are going to Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Matthews. They have been the best we've seen for anything yet. They make it their personal goal to treat you and your pets like you're part of their family. Dr Parphet(spelling) is the oncologist we've been dealing with since January.

Well, we just got the news we have been dreading. After 13 months of treatments and appointments, the vet has exhausted all resources. Wife just called to inform me that they have tried the top 3 chemo treatments, and Bella' body isn't responding to them anymore. Doc said we may have a few more months. Say a prayer for my wife as well as myself. Thanks guys.

Very sorry to hear the news for everyone's sake.

All you can do now is try to keep her immune system built up, and have as much fun and good times together that 'Miss Bella' can handle.

Thoughts and prayers up for you.
