    Default Oatmeal Stout

Wife earned some points last night. Brought me a 12 pack of Shiner's and this fella. Anybody love these Samuel Smith's like I do? Any new Seasonals y'all have tried?

I had a buddy what was supposed to bring me a case of that and a case of the nut brown back from his last trip to England. You know, like brewery fresh.

    He didnt deliver.

It was worse than getting blue balled.

    It is almost unforgivable.

Yup...good stuff. I'm still on an IPA kick, but as the weather cools my pallet will change to stouts.

Same, been hittin the hops hard lately. But Sam Smith does have an awesome chocolate stout.

We need a beer thread on here. Somewhere to rate beers we try, give a quck feedback, and maybe a pic to show body color.

    The darker the better.

Having said that, I did have a pitcher of Shiner Bock @ dinner tonight.

I mean...it was like one of the major disappointments of my life.

This thread is ripping the scar off of a wound that never quite healed.

Shiner Bock is like sex in your mouth...

If you like stout go by Conquest brewing or Morganellis and pick up a harlequin imperial stout. It's the best stout you will ever have.
