    Default 88 yota 22re

My toyota will crank right up on the first crank of the day, but if you cut it off after riding the next time I try to crank it turns over and over before it will crank. Then after it sets a while and u crank it again it fires right up. Anybody know what's wrong? Vacumn issue ? Any help is welcomed. Thanks
