Butt breezing

i aint following....

i would pick it first. I tried to freeze a whole butt one time and it was a pain when I took it back out. hard to pick.

I use two forks and pick/shred it first to get the "meal sized portions" before freezing.

If I ever use two forks to pull pork again, it'll be too soon.
