    Default Colorado antelope this weekend...

Had two guys drop out on a quality antelope hunt in southern Colorado bowhunt this weekend. The outfitter has asked me to see if I knew anyone else interested: $750. The spot is north of Trinidad. The closest airport is Colorado Springs.

    Any interest? PM me.

You spot me $750? I'll pick you up from the airport and I'll "guide" you on a turkey hunt this spring...

Had a fantastic hunt at CBarZ outfitters. I, as well as my friend Dr Fred scored on two Pope and Young pronghorns. Mine scores 76". We saw 100s of goats and a 200" mule deer. Fantastic hunt. I shot my goat at 60 yards after his girlfriend spooked from the waterhole.

It's been in the 90s; dusty, dry heat.

You bite into a piece of pronghorn fat and you won't stop gagging till Jesus comes back. Taste like a litter box smells.

We just ate the lean backstrap. The outfitter is turning the rest of the goats into sausage. The backstrap tasted as good, if not better than any whitetail I have eaten. No bs!

Best game meat out there. I would get as many steaks cut out of that thing as possible. I've met locals in WY that won't touch one. They are missing out. I've cooked many a goat steak for non venison eaters and they were always blown away.
