    Default Salt

I've got a couple of spots on my land where the runoff water goes into a shallow bowl like bottom. No more than 20ft in diameter. It doesn't really hold water but it stays soggy. I was contemplating putting out a couple bags of trace mineral salt and trying to make a hug ass salt lick station. Do y'all think this will work with it being soggy and having a little bit of green grass in it?

We had one that was always wet and it was not used much.
There are two on a tract I am selling and both are high and dry.
They are also both about the size of a vw. The deer pawed at the red clay even in the dry periods.
That being said, most deer antler growth is done now and the fawns will be off the tit real soon.
You are really making a mineral lick for next year.
