I've read Fred Reed's stuff for a while now and he get's his point across real good.
The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

Well we must have an underclass to do the jobs that we evolutionary advanced people do not want to do or do not have time to do. In order to do this we must take away govenment assistance and let the underclass work or starve to death. We must turn our prisons into death camps in order to dispose of the criminal element of the underclass. The criminal element of the underclass needs to be disposed because it would save us money by not havin' to support that unessential and uinproductive element and at the same time keep them from reproducin' and allowin' their inferior genes to be passed on.
