Went on a business trip to Manaus this week, got back in this morning. I ate at a Brazilian barbecue, they bring the meat around and carve off for you as long as your token is green, they had all the regular stuff beef, lamb, etc. one thing they had I had never seen anyone cook was grilled pigeon hearts. The Japanese guy I was with loved them, so I tried one, tasted like liver to me, don't think I would want anymore. Anybody else ever ate one? Everything else was great!
